This modular origami star model requires five pieces of square paper. You will be starting with five balloon bases and then attaching them together to form this origami star. One special folding technique that you need to know is inside reverse-fold.

Here, we want to make two modules from each paper of different color. So, we will need three pieces of square paper. If you like, you can make one module from each paper of different color. In that case, you will need six pieces of square paper of different color
