This page is for those who want the instructions to fold an easy origami house.

This easy origami house is the easiest origami house you could make traditionally. One important technique that you will learn from this model is Squash-Fold.

While you are working on this model, if you find any bugs on this instruction, please don't hesitate to send an email to HyoAhn's email.

Before working on this model, you need to know what valley-fold and mountain-fold are. If you know these two folding techniques, then you will have no problem in making origami house.

Are you ready?

Let's get started.

You may use any kind of paper to fold this origami house. Here I am using an origami paper with different color for both front and back sides. The size of the paper is 15cm x 15cm.

Sitting In An Empty House

Sitting in an emtpy house
Waiting for the phone to ring
Sitting in an empty house
Wanting someone to call about anything
Sitting in an house
Just a cat for company
Sitting in an empty house
Will someone please take time for me?
Sitting in an empty house
No one knows I'm so alone
Sitting in an empty house
The pain I feel remains unknown

Poem by Mary Ryan
