If you are ready, then let's get started.

You may use any kind of paper to fold the
origami star box. It is a little easier if the front and the back side of the paper are
slightly different whether it be in texture or color.
Make sure the paper
that you use is a square(all sides are equal and all the angles
equal 90 degrees). The paper I am using here is 15cm x 15cm square one. It is somewhat larger than a regular origami paper but it is good to deal with a larger paper initially and then gradually decrease the paper size as you become more familiar with it.
00A.
This is the front side of paper.
It is somewhat shinier compare to the back side.
00B.
This is the back side of paper.
Keep in your mind that the front side is the shinier one.
Holding the paper, it was a simple start
Patiently teaching such a delicate art
His fingers folding with expert precision
But the erratic beats hit with collision
Fingers that had played the ivory keys
Grazed across piano and paper with ease
Fluttering, folding, then he taught me to see
There is more than you, and there is more than me
His words were different, unlike the rest
Through his smile there was more than I'd guessed
The tips of his fingers passed the paper to me
And slowly I learned, and the star came to be
